Role Overview
We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Executive with 0- 1 year of experience to manage affiliate partnerships, acquire new publishers, and optimize campaigns for better performance.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate/publisher partners.
Launch, monitor, and optimize affiliate campaigns.
Track KPIs, conversions, and campaign performance.
Build strong relationships with affiliates and negotiate offers.




Analyze data and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve campaign and tracking issues.
Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and conversions.

Requirements
0-1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of CPA, CPL, CPI, and other performance models.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and publishers simultaneously.
