Role Description The Team Lead role at PropLion is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Team Lead will oversee a cross-functional team, coordinate daily workflows, and ensure project deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback, and resolving operational issues. The role involves collaborating with senior management to align team goals with business objectives, optimizing processes,



and using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and outcomes. The Team Lead will also support stakeholder communication, prepare regular reports, and foster a positive, inclusive team culture.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Minimum 2 years of direct team handling experience in a sales environment
• Consistent employment history — professionals who have built depth, not just changed titles

• Strong real estate or B2C sales background preferred
• Ability to train, coach, and lead a team of 5–8 Sales Associates
• CRM-disciplined, data-oriented, and high-accountability mindset
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage a team of 5–8 Sales Associates toward monthly unit targets
• Train new joiners on products, sales process, objection handling, and site visit protocols
