About The Team
The Contingent Workforce Program (CWP) team operates at the intersection of People, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, Security, Procurement, and the business. The team designs, scales, and governs UKG’s global contingent workforce model to enable flexibility while managing risk and supporting business growth.
As India continues to scale as a critical growth region, the CWP team ensures contingent labor is used intentionally, compliantly,
and aligned to long‑term workforce strategy through robust partnerships.
About The Role
The Contingent Workforce Program Manager is an operationally strong, cross‑functional leader responsible for advancing UKG’s contingent workforce program across India. This role goes beyond day‑to‑day operations to drive adoption, enable sound workforce decisions, and ensure compliant, consistent execution as the program scales.
Serving as UKG’s in‑house India expert, this role partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, Security, Third‑Party Risk, and business leaders. Success in this role requires strong judgment, the ability to influence without authority, and a “lead from the front” approach grounded in our CWP's guiding principles.
