Paxika is looking for a Creative Director to shape how we think, look, sound, and create.
This is not a traditional agency role.
At Paxika, we work at the intersection of hospitality, food, culture, design, brand, and business—building concepts and experiences that people remember.
We’re looking for someone who can move between big-picture thinking and obsessive attention to detail. Someone with strong taste, a clear point of view, and the ability to turn an idea into work.

What you’ll do
Lead the creative direction of Paxika and our client projects across:
• Brand strategy, identity, and storytelling
• Restaurant, hotel, and hospitality concepts
• Campaigns and launches
• Content, editorial, social, photo, and film
• Guest experience and spatial storytelling
• Presentations, pitches, and business development
• Creative teams and external collaborators
You’ll work closely with our founders, strategists, hospitality experts, designers, and operators to create work that is distinctive, culturally relevant, and commercially meaningful.





We’re looking for someone who
Has 8+ years of creative experience and a portfolio that shows exceptional thinking and execution.
You should be:
Curious — about food, hospitality, culture, design, architecture, travel, and people.
Conceptual — able to find the big idea behind a business problem.
Hands-on — comfortable leading a team, directing a shoot, shaping a deck, editing copy, or challenging the last 10%.
Commercially minded — you understand that great creative should create value, not just attention.
A robust communicator — able to make people believe in an idea.
Hospitality, lifestyle, branding, luxury, editorial, fashion, architecture, or culture experience is a big plus.
