Job Description – Frontline Executive – FCT Sales
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual FCT revenue targets.
Generate new advertising business from existing as well as prospective clients.
Develop a strong sales pipeline through regular market visits and prospecting.




Identify recent advertisers, brands, categories, and business opportunities.
Convert leads and opportunities into confirmed advertising bookings.
Drive repeat business from existing clients.
Client & Agency Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and media agencies.
Regularly meet clients, media planners, buyers, and key agency contacts.
Understand client requirements, campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Present relevant channel/programming opportunities to clients.
Follow up on proposals, negotiations, bookings, and payment-related matters.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service.
Sales Pitching & Negotiation
Prepare and present sales proposals and commercial presentations.
Negotiate rates and commercial terms within approved guidelines.
Recommend appropriate advertising solutions based on client requirements.
Coordinate internally
