Role Overview:
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) in the Implementation Team will be responsible for managing and executing client onboarding projects, coordinating between cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of Convin’s solutions. The role requires solid project management skills, technical acumen, and the ability to drive customer success through effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Define timelines,



align teams, and manage project plans for successful delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Be the go-to contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Oversight: Work with Engineering and Product teams to guide integration, configuration, and deployment processes.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure contingency planning.
Process Optimization: Standardize implementation practices to improve scalability and execution speed.
Reporting & Metrics: Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and ensure alignment with KPIs and success metrics.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to create a world-class onboarding journey.
