Role Description The Paid Media Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital platforms, including search, social, display, and new media channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing media budgets, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance data, and preparing reports and insights for internal teams and clients.



The Paid Media Specialist will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to refine targeting, messaging, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI. The role also involves staying informed about platform updates, emerging ad formats, and best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong media planning skills, including budget allocation, channel selection, and campaign scheduling.
