Summary
UST is looking for a dynamic and results-driven VLSI Sales Head to lead our Semiconductor and VLSI business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the semiconductor ecosystem and a proven track record of driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic sales expertise, customer relationship management, and leadership to drive business growth across VLSI design and engineering services.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the sales strategy for VLSI and Semiconductor Engineering Services. Drive new business acquisition across global semiconductor companies, fabless organizations, IDMs, and OEMs. Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities into long-term customer engagements. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers and strategic partners.
