Role Description The Manager – HR (Chemical Manufacturing) will oversee end-to-end human resources operations for the company’s manufacturing activities in Kota. This full time, on-site role includes managing recruitment and staffing for plant and corporate positions, coordinating onboarding, and supporting workforce planning aligned with business needs. The role involves implementing HR policies, administering performance management processes, and driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work culture. The Manager – HR will handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures while ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing training and development programs, monitoring HR metrics, supporting payroll inputs and benefits administration, and partnering with leadership to support organizational change and growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in HR management within a manufacturing or industrial environment,



preferably chemical or process industries.
Strong skills in recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition for both technical and non-technical roles.
Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement, and handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
Good understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to manufacturing operations.
Ability to manage training and development initiatives, including identifying skill gaps and coordinating learning programs.
Experience with HR systems, HR analytics, and basic payroll and benefits coordination.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels and functions.
Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive information.
