Capable of independently managing plant HR operations, manpower planning, recruitment of skilled and unskilled workforce, contractor labour management, statutory compliance, disciplinary matters, grievance handling and coordination with management, employees, contractors and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Manpower planning and recruitment for plant operations, maintenance, projects and support functions.
Recruitment and deployment of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled manpower.
Managing contract labour, contractor documentation, attendance, wages and manpower deployment.
Handling industrial relations, employee grievances, disciplinary actions and workforce issues.
Managing attendance, payroll inputs, leave, overtime, shift schedules and salary-related HR activities.




Ensuring compliance with applicable Labour Laws, Factory Act, Contract Labour regulations, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus and Minimum Wages requirements.
Maintaining statutory registers, employee records, contractor records and HR documentation.
Coordinating with government departments, labour authorities, police and other external agencies whenever required.
Managing plant administration, worker accommodation, transportation, canteen, housekeeping and other employee welfare activities.
Coordinating with Safety, Production, Maintenance, Stores and other departments for smooth plant operations.
Handling labour contractors, manpower agencies and service providers.
Conducting induction, joining formalities, employee documentation and HR orientation.
Supporting management in resolving labour disputes, legal matters and industrial relations issues.
