Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
Solid analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
