The Chance
UST is looking for an experienced Architect I – Enterprise Solutions to design, develop, and govern enterprise-scale technology solutions aligned with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in solution architecture, cloud technologies, enterprise integration, and modern application architectures, with the ability to provide technical leadership and collaborate effectively with business and engineering stakeholders.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Design end-to-end enterprise technology solutions that address business and technical requirements.
Develop solution architectures, integration strategies, technology roadmaps, and technical blueprints.
Create architecture artifacts including solution diagrams, data flows, integration models, and architecture documentation.
Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, high-performing, and maintainable.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.
Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, technical governance, and risk assessments.
Mentor engineers and technical leads on architecture best practices, design patterns, and enterprise standards.
Work closely with business analysts, product owners, project managers, business leaders, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
