Role Description The Customer Success Associate – Edtech role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, the associate will guide learners through their journey on UNext Learning’s platform, ensuring smooth onboarding, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner. The role includes monitoring learner progress, sharing updates on program milestones,



and proactively engaging with learners to encourage course completion and satisfaction. The associate will collaborate with academic and operations teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance the learning experience. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing basic reports on learner outcomes, and supporting initiatives that drive learner retention and success.

Qualifications
Ability to build strong learner relationships, with skills in Customer Engagement and Customer Satisfaction.
Experience providing responsive, solution-oriented Customer Support and contributing to Customer Retention.
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret learner data, track trends, and support data-informed decisions.
Transparent and professional verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and empathy.
