Experience: 15+ years in medical device engineering, with at least 5–7 years in engineering management.
Standards & Compliance: Knowledge of ISO 13485 is an added advantage.
Technical Depth: Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
Regulatory & Government Liaison: Proven experience liaising with relevant government departments and regulatory authorities.
Team Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, and utility domains.
