Role Description
The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for the complete mechanical design and development of industrial machinery and production lines, with SolidWorks as the primary design software.
The major responsibility of this role will be to create accurate and manufacturing-ready 3D models, assemblies, 2D engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs, and detailed machine designs using SolidWorks.

RFC (Rinsing, Filling & Capping) Machines
Industrial RO Systems
PET Bottle Blowing Machines
BOPP Labeling Machines
Sticker Labeling Machines
Shrink Wrapping Machines
Complete Water Bottling, Beverage,



Packaging and Processing Production Lines
Key Responsibilities
Create complete 3D Part Models and Assembly Models using SolidWorks.
Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing and engineering drawings.
Design machine frames, structures, assemblies, conveyors, shafts, tanks, brackets, guards, and other mechanical components.
Prepare fabrication, weldment, sheet metal, and cutting drawings.
Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials).
Develop manufacturing-ready designs with proper dimensions, tolerances, fits, and material specifications.
Modify and improve existing machine designs according to production and project requirements.
Convert concepts, sketches, and requirements into complete SolidWorks 3D designs and manufacturing drawings.
Select and integrate mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, couplings, gearboxes, motors, chains, sprockets, pneumatic components, and other machine elements.
