Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced Software Team Lead who can lead a development team while remaining hands-on with software architecture, development, and delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python/Django, React, REST APIs, databases, AWS, and full-stack development,



along with proven team and project management skills.

Key Responsibilties:
Lead and mentor a team of software developers and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Manage the complete development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
Design and review scalable software architecture, APIs, and database structures.
Stay hands-on with Python/Django, React, REST APIs, and backend development.
Manage and review code quality, development standards, and technical best practices.
Work with Product, UI/UX, and other teams to understand requirements and plan deliverables.
Conduct sprint planning, task allocation, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Identify technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and support the team in resolving them.
Work with AWS, Git, CI/CD, and cloud-based applications.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
