Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Growth, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless execution.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve blockers.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.




Ensure timely delivery of product features, integrations, and strategic initiatives.
Manage project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and technology providers when required.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change requests while maintaining delivery quality.
Drive process improvements to enhance execution efficiency across teams.
Required Skills
5-7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in FinTech, Crypto, SaaS, or Product-based companies.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience managing cross-functional technical projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced startup environment.
