We are looking for a Sales & Client Relationship Executive to join one of our valued associated clients. This is a work-from-home opportunity for someone who is confident in client communication, follow-ups, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries received through WhatsApp and other communication channels in a timely and qualified manner.
Make calls, follow up with prospective clients, and maintain regular communication.
Support the sales process and contribute towards successful client conversions.
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
Ensure a smooth and professional client experience throughout the sales and follow-up process.
Achieve assigned sales, follow-up, and conversion targets.




Requirements
Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills.
Comfortable handling WhatsApp communication, phone calls, and regular follow-ups.
Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently in a work-from-home environment.
