About the Role:
We are looking for a Content & Brand Marketing Intern to work closely with our team on content creation, brand communications and digital marketing.
This is not simply a social media posting role.
You will help translate Flexon's products, engineering expertise, manufacturing capabilities, people and industry knowledge into clear and compelling content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other digital channels.
You will have the opportunity to work across content, branding, design,



social media and marketing, while learning how a B2B industrial brand communicates with customers and the wider market.

What You Will Do:
Research and develop content ideas relevant to Flexon, its products, industries and customers
Write clear, engaging and qualified copy for LinkedIn and other digital platforms
Create social media posts, carousels, short-form videos and other visual content
Support the development and execution of Flexon's content calendar
Work with internal teams to identify stories, technical insights and business developments worth communicating
Help create content around manufacturing, engineering, quality, applications, people and company activities
Assist in maintaining consistent brand language and visual standards across digital communications
Research industry trends, competitors and relevant topics to identify content opportunities
