Title- Product Manager
Location- Gurgaon (onsite)

About the Role- This is a building India's fastest at-home pet care platform - instant grooming today, with walking and a broader pet services stack on the roadmap. This role owns product end-to-end across our three surfaces: the Partner App (used daily by our grooming partners in the field), the Consumer App (where pet parents book and manage services), and the Website (our primary acquisition and trust-building surface). You'll sit close to the founders and operations team, translating real operational and customer pain points into shipped product - not writing specs that sit in a drawer.

What You'll Own
Partner App
• Booking assignment, routing, and job-status flows for on-ground groomers
• Earnings visibility, payout tracking, and incentive/tier logic surfaced in-app
• Onboarding, training (LMS-style modules), and verification flows for current partners
• Safety and SOP compliance features (checklists, photo/video proof of service)

Consumer App
• Booking flow - instant vs. scheduled, multi-pet booking, slot and address selection




• Pet profile management, membership/subscription upsell, and repeat-booking experience • Post-service ratings, feedback loops, and retention/reactivation nudges
• Payments, referrals, and offer/coupon infrastructure

Website
• Landing pages optimised for paid acquisition (Google/Meta) conversion
• SEO-friendly city and service pages as we expand beyond Gurgaon
• Lead capture, WhatsApp click-to-chat, and booking handoff into the app funnel

Day to Day
• Own the product roadmap across all three surfaces, prioritising ruthlessly against a small eng team
• Write clear PRDs, wireframe flows, and work directly with design and engineering to ship
• Dig into operational data (fulfillment %, partner churn, booking drop-offs) to find the next problem to solve
• Run structured user research with pet parents and partners - not just internal assumptions
