The Role
As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be the backbone of our engineering team. You won't just be writing code; you’ll be architecting the future of our educational ecosystem. You’ll own entire product modules—from the first line of logic to deployment—ensuring our platform remains fast, scalable, and secure.

What You’ll Do
Architect & Build:



Lead the design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant backend services using Node.js.
Scale the Platform: Build and maintain scalable microservices that support thousands of concurrent live sessions and AI-driven learning tools.
Database Mastery: Design and optimize complex database schemas in MongoDB and other NoSQL/SQL systems to support evolving business needs.
System Integrity: Implement robust automated testing platforms and unit tests to ensure our releases are rock-solid.
Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with Frontend, Product, and Design teams to translate vision into reality. Mentor junior developers through thoughtful code reviews and technical guidance.
Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating AI tools (like LLMs for our learning assistant, NOAH) and exploring current backend frameworks.
