Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Raw Material Store In-Charge located in Roorkee. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the raw material store, including receipt, verification, and proper storage of materials in accordance with company and regulatory standards. The Raw Material Store In-Charge maintains accurate inventory records, monitors stock levels, and coordinates with procurement, production,



and quality teams to ensure timely material availability. Responsibilities also include implementing and maintaining loss prevention measures, ensuring housekeeping and safety standards, and supporting internal and external audits related to material management. The position requires regular documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of store processes to support efficient, compliant manufacturing operations.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Store Management and inventory control, including material handling and stock reconciliation.
Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to support internal stakeholders such as production and quality teams.
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments and document processes clearly.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention or equivalent loss control practice
