Role Overview
The Global Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for the overall technology strategy, organisation, and execution across Emeritus globally, including its Lines of Business, joint ventures, and other acquired global entities.
Reporting to the Co-Founder, this role will work closely with the leadership team to define the technology roadmap, strengthen the technology foundation, and leverage technology as a strategic enabler of business growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
The role will oversee the broader technology function spanning Product Management, Engineering, Technology Infrastructure, IT, Security, Martech, Data Science & Analytics, and AI, while ensuring these capabilities
