Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Associate who is confident, target-oriented, and experienced in handling the complete sales cycle.

The role involves lead generation, prospect engagement, sales counselling, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals. The candidate will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email,



and other channels.
* Handle inbound leads and generate new sales opportunities.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
* Conduct effective sales counselling and explain course benefits, career outcomes, and offerings.
* Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
* Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close enrollments.
* Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
* Track individual performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
* Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success teams for smooth lead management and enrollment.
* Build strong relationships with prospects and encourage referrals and repeat enrollments.
