We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead the complete HR function at Lafayette Foods Pvt. Ltd.
The role will have end-to-end ownership of recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, performance management and HR operations across our food and hospitality business.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in F&B;, hospitality, retail, QSR or another rapid-growing consumer business and be comfortable managing both corporate and frontline workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Own end-to-end recruitment across restaurants, cafés, central kitchen, corporate and leadership roles.
Independently manage high-volume hiring for F&B; positions including Chefs, Sous Chefs, Baristas, Captains, service staffs and other operational roles.
Source, screen, interview and coordinate candidates through the complete recruitment process.
Work closely with operations managers and leadership to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.




Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Track recruitment metrics including open positions, hiring timelines and joining ratios.
Payroll & Employee Management
Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
Manage employee joining, exit, full & final settlement, leave, attendance and salary records.
Resolve employee queries related to salaries, deductions, benefits and statutory payments.
Maintain accurate employee master data and HRMIS records.
Ensure proper documentation of offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts and employee files.
Statutory Compliance
Coordinate and manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of required records and registers.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and employment regulation
