The Druva Product Platform team builds the shared application platform that every Druva product is built on — the multi-tenant services, APIs, and control-plane capabilities that handle tenant lifecycle and provisioning, identity and access, authorization, configuration,
orchestration and job scheduling, metering, and platform-wide observability. When a recent workload or product line ships at Druva, it ships on top of what this team owns. That makes the work high-leverage and high-blast-radius in equal measure: the services you own are multi-tenant, always-on, and measured against strict availability and latency objectives, at a scale of thousands of enterprise customers and billions of operations per year.
As Manager, Engineering, you will lead a team of 10 to 13 engineers responsible for delivering features and enhancements for scale-out distributed systems and applications on the Druva Product Platform.
