Role Description The Deputy Manager Safety is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for implementing and overseeing health, safety, and environment (HSE) practices across infrastructure project sites. This role includes conducting regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. The Deputy Manager Safety will plan and deliver safety training programs,



maintain safety documentation and reports, and support Environment Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives. Daily tasks include monitoring workplace conditions, coordinating accident and incident investigations, recommending corrective actions, and collaborating with project teams to integrate safety measures into operations. The role also involves engaging with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and contractors, to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Occupational Health and Industrial Safety skills, including knowledge of safety standards and risk control measures.
