Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join Pramaanit as a founding leadership team member.




The CTO will lead the architecture, development, security, scalability, and technology strategy of the Pramaanit ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a category-defining global trust-tech platform from the ground up and is comfortable operating in an early-stage startup setting with significant ownership and long-term upside through ESOP participation.
The CTO will work directly with the founders to:
Define the technology roadmap
Build the engineering organization
Architect secure global identity infrastructure
Design scalable APIs and verification systems
Ensure compliance-ready infrastructure
Lead blockchain and cryptographic architecture decisions
Build AI-driven verification and fraud prevention systems
Scale the platform globally
