Role Description:
The BPO Executive – Hindi Speaking is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, understanding customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a professional customer experience.
The BPO Executive will maintain customer records, follow established processes, handle customer concerns, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. The role also requires meeting daily performance targets, maintaining service quality, and working effectively with team members.





Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Communicate with customers primarily in Hindi.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Explain company products, services, and processes clearly.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records.
• Update customer information in the system.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Identify and resolve basic customer concerns.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
• Follow company processes and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain professional customer service standards.
• Meet daily call, quality, and performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate qualification.
• Strong Hindi-speaking and verbal communication skills.
• Basic English communication skills are pre
