Position: Assistant Manager – Procurement
Reporting To: General Manager – Procurement & Partnerships

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Procurement to manage end-to-end procurement operations for vehicles, spare parts, batteries, consumables, and vendor services across Blive's EV mobility network. The ideal candidate should possess robust negotiation and vendor management skills, ensure timely procurement, optimize costs, and maintain seamless coordination with OEMs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement Planning & Sourcing
Manage procurement of EVs, batteries, spare parts, accessories, consumables, and operational requirements.
Forecast procurement requirements based on business demand and inventory levels.
Raise purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.

2. Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, on board, and manage suppliers and OEM partners.




Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment conditions, and delivery schedules.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply and service quality.
Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews.

3. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain optimum inventory levels.
Monitor stock availability and minimize stock-outs.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to hubs and franchise locations.

4. Procurement Operations & Compliance
Track supplier deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approval processes.
Support process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.

5. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with Operations, Finance, Service, Warehouse, and OEM partners.
