The role focuses on hybrid work execution robust architecture governance and collaboration with cross functional teams in asset and wealth management and other domains.
Responsibilities
Architect end to end solutions that integrate AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP to enable unified customer journey insights and actionable engagement strategies across channels
Design scalable data ingestion and activation patterns that align AEP RTCDP profiles with downstream marketing and analytics platforms to ensure accurate audience targeting and campaign performance measurement
Develop robust solution blueprints that detail data flows configuration standards and integration touchpoints for AEP components to support consistent implementation across multiple business initiatives
Collaborate with product owners marketing teams and data engineers to translate customer experience objectives into practical AEP architecture designs that support measurable business outcomes
Optimize AEP Customer Journey Analytics configurations and reporting structures to provide explicit visibility into journey performance and contribute to continuous experience improvement
Guide implementation teams on best practices for AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser setup including journey design decision logic and event handling to deliver reliable and personalized experiences
Establish architecture governance practices for AEP solutions by defining reusable design patterns configuration guidelines and review checkpoints that promote maintainability and compliance
Coordinate with security and compliance teams to align AEP data handling identity resolution and profile activation with enterprise data protection standards and regulatory ex
