Responsibilities : -Design Workfront configurations that streamline intake workflows and project lifecycles so that supply chain and operations teams can manage requests and initiatives with greater accuracy and transparency. -Develop Workfront custom forms and calculated fields that capture essential operational data and ensure that downstream reporting and analytics accurately reflect work progress and resource utilization.



-Build Workfront integrations with enterprise tools such as ticketing platforms collaboration suites and data warehouses to enable seamless data flow and reduce manual effort for project and operations teams. -Implement Workfront automation rules and advanced approval flows that reduce bottlenecks improve compliance with internal controls and shorten overall cycle times for business processes. -Configure Workfront portfolios programs and projects to reflect organizational structures for supply chain and operations and ensure that strategic initiatives are tracked consistently across regions and functions. -Create Workfront dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with real time insights into project status risk indicators and capacity metrics enabling timely decisions and corrective actions. -Optimize Workfront resource management features so that project managers and operations planners can allocate capacity appropriately balance workload
