Senior Manager – Retail Asset Reconstruction | NPA Recovery & Legal Proceedings
Responsible for end-to-end management of NPA and stressed mortgage accounts, with a primary focus on asset reconstruction, recovery, collections, legal proceedings, and resolution of secured retail assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing recovery and collection of NPA mortgage accounts, including formulation and execution of account-wise recovery strategies.
Handling legal and court proceedings related to NPA and secured asset recovery, including coordination with advocates, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
Overseeing legal documentation and drafting of notices, applications, petitions, replies, agreements, and other recovery-related documents.
Monitoring litigation and legal actions to ensure timely progression and effective resolution of cases.
Managing recovery through secured/mortgaged assets, including coordination for possession, enforcement, settlement, and resolution as applicable.
Driving case-level recovery plans, follow-ups, negotiations,



and settlement initiatives with borrowers and other concerned parties.
Reviewing case documentation, legal status, recovery potential, and property-related matters to support appropriate resolution strategies.
Coordinating with internal teams, external counsel, field/recovery teams, and other stakeholders for effective NPA resolution and asset monetisation.
Monitoring recovery performance, legal case status, ageing, and portfolio-level progress, and providing regular updates to senior management.
Ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory, legal, and organisational policies and processes throughout the recovery and resolution cycle.
