We sell and service advanced imaging systems — Ultrasound, CT, , MRI, X-Ray, C-Arm, Cath lab and PET-CT — across Mumbai, Thane and Palghar, and run service operations extending into Konkan and Goa.

Our service business keeps that equipment running: uptime on a CT scanner is a hospital’s ability to diagnose that day. We are a lean, family-run company where responsibility is real and decisions are made quickly.

Role Description
Service Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, reporting to the Business Head.
You will run service operations end to end for our installed base of CT, X-Ray and C-Arm systems across Mumbai, Thane, Konkan and Goa. That means uptime,



breakdown response time and preventive maintenance completion against GE HealthCare norms — and being the technical escalation point when a system is down and the standard fix has not worked.
You will lead and develop a field engineering team, plan day-to-day deployment of engineers, spares, tools and travel across four territories, and set performance objectives against defined KPIs.
You will carry the AMC and MSA renewal number jointly with service sales, own the accuracy of installed base and entitlement records, and present one monthly service review to the leadership office.
An operations admin runs the service desk and a colleague handles service sales and renewals administration, so your time goes to planning, escalation and team development rather than call logging.
You will work closely with our sales verticals and directly with the GE HealthCare service organisation, and will lead our readiness as our service scope with GE expands to recent modalities.
