About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in converting inbound interest into paying customers, owning the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. The successful candidate will engage with interested prospects generated through founder outreach and paid advertising campaigns, qualify their needs,



conduct tailored product demonstrations, and effectively close sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record in SaaS or AI sales, looking to grow within a fast-paced startup environment. The role requires working during EST hours from India, with a focus on building relationships with North American clients and driving UpliftAI’s revenue growth towards our goal of reaching $1 million in annual recurring revenue.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in selling AI tools, SaaS products, or related technology solutions with demonstrable success in closing deals. A solid understanding of sales fundamentals such as qualifying leads, handling objections, and closing is essential.
