Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative role based in Mangaluru. The Field Sales Representative will identify and engage potential institutional and individual partners, including schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational professionals, to promote HUBCV’s platform and services.



Daily responsibilities include planning and conducting in-person meetings and presentations, managing local sales pipelines, following up on leads, and closing new business opportunities. The role also involves gathering market feedback, supporting onboarding of recent partners, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales activities with marketing campaigns and product initiatives. The successful candidate will represent HUBCV professionally in the field, maintain strong relationships, and consistently work toward defined sales targets.

Qualifications
Strong field sales, account management, and business development skills, with experience meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and individual professionals.
Clear, confident communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in local/regional languages is an advantage.
