As a Clinical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting Capla's neurosurgical robots and neuronavigation systems in live clinical environments. This role is critical in ensuring secure, effective, and confident adoption of Capla's advanced navigation technologies by surgeons and hospital teams.

You will work closely with neurosurgeons, OT staff, biomedical engineers, and Capla's R&D; teams to deliver seamless system installations, intraoperative support, training, and feedback-driven improvements. This role demands strong clinical understanding, technical aptitude, and the ability to perform under high-pressure surgical environments.
