Role Overview

We're looking for a Marketing & Branding Manager who can wear two hats equally well — building and protecting brand identity, while also executing high-impact offline marketing campaigns and streamlining marketing operations through automation. This is not a purely creative or purely operational role; we need someone who can think strategically about brand positioning, get hands-on with on-ground activations (events, print, OOH, retail), and use marketing automation tools to scale efficiency, reporting, and lead nurturing. You'll be the bridge between brand strategy, offline execution, and digital/marketing-ops efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Branding

Own and evolve the brand identity, voice, and guidelines across all touchpoints
Develop brand positioning strategies aligned with business goals
Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, packaging, and on-ground collateral
Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and co-branding initiatives

Offline Marketing

Plan and execute offline campaigns — events, exhibitions, retail activations, print media,



OOH (hoardings, transit ads), and sponsorships
Manage vendor relationships (printers, event agencies, media buyers) and negotiate costs
Coordinate with sales/retail teams for in-store branding, merchandising, and trade marketing
Track ROI and footfall/conversion impact of offline initiatives

Marketing Automation

Set up and manage marketing automation workflows (email nurturing, lead scoring, CRM integration)
Use tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, or similar to automate repetitive campaigns
Build dashboards for campaign performance tracking and reporting
Work with sales/CRM teams to automate lead handoff and follow-up sequences

Cross-functional

Collaborate with design, content, and digital teams for integrated campaigns
Manage marketing budgets across online/offline channels
Present performance reports and brand health metrics to leadership
