In this position you will be responsible for providing insights to clients. To do so, you will first meet with our clients to uncover their business needs and challenges. Then, you will use your strong analytical skills to perform quantitative and observational data analyses. From these analyses, you will form and present your recommendations to our clients.
Job Description -
• Relevant experience 6+ years
• Conducting requirement gathering & Technical Audit for UCMDB/UD deployment
• Preparing Solution design document, Requirement traceability Matrix, As-build and Test Plans document for UCMDB and UD deployment
• Take ownership of the deliverables as per effort estimation and lead to deliver and close the project with a team.
• Experience in installation and configuration of UCMDB/UD/UCMDB Browser
• Experience in UCMDB Advanced configurations like SSL,SSO, LDAP and HA configurations
• Experience in Protocols - WMI, SSH, NTCMD, SNMP and others etc.
• Basic Discovery and advanced level discovery includes host, host resources,



Database, Middleware and Application discovery.
• Experience in Creation of Views, TQL queries and Reports
• Experience in Application Modeling and Automatic Service Modelling (ASM)
• Enrichment creation
• Impact Analysis creation exposure.
• UCMDB Upgrade experience from 10.x to latest version; UCMDB consolidation experience.
• UCMDB integration with Service Manager/Service Now, NNMi, BSM/APM and AM
• Experience in Python programming
• Experience Cloud and Container technologies
• Troubleshooting skills in UCMDB Server, Probe issues and discovery issues.
• OpenText UCMDB Certification is preferred.
Basic Networking concepts, DB Concepts and Server OS concepts.

Work Location: Bangalore
Hybrid model: 4 days from office
Work timings: General shift timings & should be adaptable to work on different shift timings
