Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant: SAP BTM, you will advise clients on the strategy, design, and execution of Business Transformation Management (BTM) initiatives using SAP's BTM suite. You will support end-to-end transformation by combining process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Drive Process Optimization: Drive process discovery and optimization with SAP Signavio, aligning business processes with strategic objectives to achieve operational excellence.
Align IT Architecture: Align IT architecture and business strategy using LeanIX, ensuring seamless integration and effective technology utilization.
Enhance User Adoption: Enhance user adoption and change management through WalkMe, facilitating smooth transitions and maximizing ROI on technology investments.
Deliver Measurable Outcomes: Combine process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes, meeting client needs and expectations.
