Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving growth for JEF GROUP’s electrical engineering solutions and services. This role involves identifying and qualifying current business opportunities,



managing a pipeline of prospects, and developing strong relationships with clients and partners across key industries and international markets. The Business Development Manager will prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, collaborate with technical and project teams to align solutions with customer needs, and participate in negotiations to close deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, forecasting sales performance, and reporting on business development activities to senior leadership. The role also requires attending industry events, supporting branding initiatives, and ensuring that customer feedback is used to refine offerings and enhance client satisfaction.
