Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Application Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, you will design and implement solutions leveraging the platform's Sales & Service Apps (CRM). This role requires a strong understanding of standard workflows and out-of-the-box features of Dynamics CRM.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

Design and Implement Solutions:



Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements, utilizing the platform's Sales & Service Apps (CRM), and leveraging standard workflows and out-of-the-box features of Dynamics CRM.
Develop and Configure: Develop and configure plug-ins, custom workflow assemblies, and scripts using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
Troubleshoot and Resolve: Troubleshoot and resolve business application issues, ensuring solutions follow coding best practices and standards.
Create Data Migration and Integration Mappings: Create data migration and integration mappings to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Ensure Coding Best Practices: Ensure solutions follow coding best practices and standards, adhering to industry standards and organizational guidelines.
