Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the intended requirements is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and effective delivery.

Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of integration efforts to ensure alignment with client goals and project timelines.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance and skill development.
Continuously evaluate integration processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
