MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience in program management.
* 8 years of experience designing, constructing, or managing infrastructure
projects.
* Experience creating infrastructure designs (e.g., telecom, electrical,
mechanical), drawing sets for builds, and remodels of data center networking
spaces.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience in data center construction, fit-out and services program.
* Experience managing data center infrastructure and fit out projects.
* Experience in project management, comfort with operating in a high-paced,
changing work workplace, and ability to prioritize multiple functions and
tasks, manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity.
* Knowledge of green field civil construction, construction permit and
statutory requirements, and local industry standards.
* Working knowledge of finance as applied to project/program management.
