Key Responsibilities
Act as a Technical Architect for Conga CPQ and CLM implementations.
Lead requirement workshops, documentation, and solution design for Conga products.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and stakeholders to identify gaps requiring customization.
Drive technical workshops and document requirements for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
Conduct technical Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
Prepare low-level technical designs and conduct technical design reviews.
Define integration approaches, architecture, and data migration strategies.
Work closely with the Engagement Manager and Solution Architect to plan build sprints and oversee technical progress.
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in resolving complex challenges.
Support sprint demos and ensure the successful delivery of project milestones.
Conduct regular code reviews and internal build reviews,



capturing feedback and driving issues to closure.
Collaborate on SIT and UAT planning and execution.
Define organization strategy, deployment strategy, and manage multiple environments.
Support product-related cases and collaborate with internal Conga teams when required.
Provide Hypercare and post-production support.
