Role Description The Service Jr. Engineer / Service Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in ????? , ??????, ??????? & ????????? District.



The role involves performing installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of material handling, warehouse automation, and industrial cleaning equipment at customer locations. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, conducting root-cause analysis, and completing timely in office troubleshooting and technical support to minimize equipment downtime. The engineer will prepare service reports, maintain documentation, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams regarding work performed, parts required, and follow-up actions. The role also includes adhering to safety standards, supporting annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and collaborating with senior engineers and project teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
