Lead Visualizer & Designer

The Brand’s Amma is looking for a Lead Visualizer & Designer who believes great design is more than aesthetics—it is storytelling with purpose, strategy translated into visual impact, and ideas brought to life with clarity.

If you have 1–5+ years of experience in branding, creative studios, or agency environments, think conceptually, and can turn a strategic brief into compelling visual communication, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the visualisation and design direction for brands, campaigns and creative projects.
1. Translate brand strategy, campaign objectives and creative briefs into strong visual concepts.
2. Develop brand identities, social media creatives, presentations, digital assets, campaign communication and marketing collaterals.
3. Work closely with strategists, copywriters, marketers and other creative team members to build cohesive brand narratives.
4. Take ownership of projects from concept to final execution, ensuring quality, consistency and attention to detail.

Present and articulate creative thinking and design rationale to internal teams and clients.
6. Mentor and guide junior designers while contributing to a culture of continuous creative improvement.
7. Stay updated with emerging design trends, visual culture, AI tools and evolving digital formats.

What We’re Looking For:
1–5+ years of relevant experience in branding, advertising, creative agencies or similar environments.
Hands-on experience in live performance marketing campaigns is mandatory. You should understand how creative works in a performance setting—across Meta, Google and other digital platforms—with an understanding of CTR, engagement, conversions, A/B testing and creative optimisation.
Strong proficiency in AI-powered creative tools and prompt engineering. You should be comfortable using AI to ideate, visualise, generate, refine and scale creative concepts—not simply as a shortcut, but as part of your creative thinking proc
