Role Description
This is a full-time, in office position for a Junior Accounts & Purchase Coordinator, based in Chennai. The role involves managing purchasing processes, preparing and maintaining purchase orders, liaising with vendors, and supporting procurement operations. The coordinator will also analyze purchasing data, ensure timely delivery of materials, and align procurement activities with the company's operational requirements.





We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant & Purchase Coordinator who will support both accounting operations and procurement activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling vendor invoices, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth purchase order processing.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, purchase coordination, vendor management, and invoice verification.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting Support
Maintain daily accounting entries in accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / ERP).
Record purchase invoices, expenses, and vendor bills.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Assist senior accountants in financial record management.
2. Purchase & Procurement Coordination
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product quotations and purchases.
Prepare and track Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and order status.
Maintain records of purchase
