Role Description The Exhibition Project Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions and experiential installations, working closely with project managers, designers, and technical teams. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with event logistics, preparing materials and documentation, coordinating with vendors and partners,



and ensuring timelines and budgets are followed. The Exhibition Project Assistant will help manage on-site setup and breakdown, provide customer and visitor support during events, and gather feedback to improve future exhibitions. The role also involves maintaining clear communication among internal stakeholders, contributing creative input to exhibition concepts, and ensuring that all brand experiences align with client objectives.
Qualifications
