Role Description This is a full-time Dynamics CRM Developer role based in Noida, offered in a hybrid mode that combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The Dynamics CRM Developer will design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including entities, workflows, plugins,



and UI components to support business processes. The role involves integrating Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems and services, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing support. The developer will also contribute to documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of CRM-related solutions in line with organizational standards.

Qualifications
Strong Software Development skills, including proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related frameworks for Dynamics 365 CRM customization.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration, customization, and workflow design.
